Wraps, very good with a few short edge tears and corner creases; illustrated brocure issued by the Office of Price Administration telling the shopper that ceiling prices for each grocery item have been established and are posted in all grocery outlets. Shoppers are asked to report any seller that tries to charge more than ceiling price for any item. Store types are grouped into 4 groups, OPA 1, OPA2, etc. and the group number will be posted in the shop window. A thinking woman shopper is drawn on the front while pages two and three are devoted to charts and examples, all featuring graphics.
