Wraps, a terrific association, being John Godrich's own copy, given to me by John right after the publication of the first edition of Blues and Gospel Records 1902-1942, compiled by John and R M W Dixon (1963). In the time between the 1949 publication of Jazz Directory (which never made it beyond Volume Six, Kl-Lo) , Jazz Directory was the only blues (and jazz) discography in existence.
