I am probably the source of the information that the first copies of this book to arrive in stores came without dust jackets. I specifically did NOT say that the jacketed copies that came from a reorder were from a second printing. My guess is that the jackets were not ready when the first copies of the book were shipped, so this would be a second issue or state of the first printing.
