These are facsimile cookbooks from 15th, 17th, 18th and 19th centuries, plus what is considered to be the oldest printed cookbook written in Renaissance Latin, the Platina, and is translated here into English along side the original language. All the books are faux foxed for the olde look. The set seems to be a promotional gift as most books have addition sheets laid in from the publisher about how great their new food additives are.
